6For these two years8141 hath the famine7458 been in7130 the land776: and yet there are five2568 years8141, in the which there shall neither369 be earing2758 nor harvest7105.

7And God430 sent7971 me before you6440 to preserve7760 you a posterity7611 in the earth776, and to save your lives2421 by a great1419 deliverance6413. to preserve: Heb. to put for you a remnant

8So now it was not you that sent7971 me hither, but God430: and he hath made7760 me a father1 to Pharaoh6547, and lord113 of all his house1004, and a ruler4910 throughout all the land776 of Egypt4714.

9Haste4116 ye, and go up5927 to my father1, and say559 unto him, Thus saith559 thy son1121 Joseph3130, God430 hath made7760 me lord113 of all Egypt4714: come down3381 unto me, tarry5975 not:

10And thou shalt dwell3427 in the land776 of Goshen1657, and thou shalt be near7138 unto me, thou, and thy children1121, and thy children's1121 children1121, and thy flocks6629, and thy herds1241, and all that thou hast:

11And there will I nourish3557 thee; for yet there are five2568 years8141 of famine7458; lest thou, and thy household1004, and all that thou hast, come to poverty3423.
