A Psalm of the sons of Korah.</h3><section class='section'>1<t>LORD, You showed favor to Your land;</t> <t>You restored the fortunes of Jacob.</t>2<t>You forgave the guilt of Your people;</t> <t>You covered all their sin. </section><section class='section'>2Selah</t></section><section class='section'>3<t>You withdrew all Your fury;</t> <t>You turned away from Your burning anger.</t>4<t>Restore us, God of our salvation,</t> <t>And cause Your indignation toward us to cease.</t>5<t>Will You be angry with us forever?</t> <t>Will You prolong Your anger to <f>[830]</f>all generations?</t>6<t>Will You not <f>[831]</f>revive us again,</t> <t>So that Your people may rejoice in You?</t>7<t>Show us Your mercy, LORD,</t> <t>And grant us Your salvation.</t>8<t><f>[832]</f>I will hear what God the LORD will say;</t> <t>For He will speak peace to His people, to His godly ones;</t> <t>And may they not turn back to <f>[833]</f>foolishness.</t>9<t>Certainly His salvation is near to those who <f>[834]</f>fear Him,</t> <t>That glory may dwell in our land.</t>10<t>Graciousness and <f>[835]</f>truth have met together;</t> <t>Righteousness and peace have kissed each other.</t>11<t><f>[836]</f>Truth sprouts from the earth,</t> <t>And righteousness looks down from heaven.</t>12<t>Indeed, the LORD will give what is good,</t> <t>And our land will yield its produce.</t>13<t>Righteousness will go before Him</t> <t>And will make His footsteps into a way.</t>
