If any man376 take3947 a wife802, and go in935 unto her, and hate8130 her,

And give7760 occasions5949 of speech1697 against her, and bring up3318 an evil7451 name8034 upon her, and say559, I took3947 this woman802, and when I came7126 to her, I found4672 her not a maid1331:

Then shall the father1 of the damsel5291, and her mother517, take3947 and bring forth3318 the tokens of the damsel's5291 virginity1331 unto the elders2205 of the city5892 in the gate8179:

And the damsel's5291 father1 shall say559 unto the elders2205, I gave5414 my daughter1323 unto this man376 to wife802, and he hateth8130 her;

And, lo, he hath given7760 occasions5949 of speech1697 against her, saying559, I found4672 not thy daughter1323 a maid1331; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter's1323 virginity1331. And they shall spread6566 the cloth8071 before6440 the elders2205 of the city5892.

And the elders2205 of that city5892 shall take3947 that man376 and chastise3256 him;

But if this thing1697 be true571, and the tokens of virginity1331 be not found4672 for the damsel5291:

Then they shall bring out3318 the damsel5291 to the door6607 of her father's1 house1004, and the men582 of her city5892 shall stone5619 her with stones68 that she die4191: because she hath wrought6213 folly5039 in Israel3478, to play the whore2181 in her father's1 house1004: so shalt thou put1197 evil7451 away1197 from among7130 you.

If a man376 be found4672 lying7901 with a woman802 married1166 to an husband1167, then they shall both of them8147 die4191, both the man376 that lay7901 with the woman802, and the woman802: so shalt thou put away1197 evil7451 from Israel3478.

Then ye shall bring3318 them both8147 out unto the gate8179 of that city5892, and ye shall stone5619 them with stones68 that they die4191; the damsel5291, because834 1697 she cried6817 not, being in the city5892; and the man376, because834 1697 he hath humbled6031 his neighbour's7453 wife802: so thou shalt put away1197 evil7451 from among7130 you.

But if a man376 find4672 a betrothed781 damsel5291 in the field7704, and the man376 force2388 her, and lie7901 with her: then the man376 only that lay7901 with her shall die4191: force: or, take strong hold of

But unto the damsel5291 thou shalt do6213 nothing1697; there is in the damsel5291 no sin2399 worthy of death4194: for as when a man376 riseth6965 against his neighbour7453, and slayeth7523 5315 him, even so is this matter1697:

For he found4672 her in the field7704, and the betrothed781 damsel5291 cried6817, and there was none to save3467 her.

If a man376 find4672 a damsel5291 that is a virgin1330, which is not betrothed781, and lay hold8610 on her, and lie7901 with her, and they be found4672;

Then the man376 that lay7901 with her shall give5414 unto the damsel's5291 father1 fifty2572 shekels of silver3701, and she shall be his wife802; because he hath humbled6031 her, he may3201 not put her away7971 all his days3117.

A man376 shall not take3947 his father's1 wife802, nor discover1540 his father's1 skirt3671.
