Thus saith559 the LORD3068 to his anointed4899, to Cyrus3566, whose right hand3225 I have holden2388, to subdue7286 nations1471 before6440 him; and I will loose6605 the loins4975 of kings4428, to open6605 before6440 him the two leaved gates1817; and the gates8179 shall not be shut5462; have: or, strengthened

I will go3212 before6440 thee, and make3474 the crooked places1921 straight3474 3474: I will break in pieces7665 the gates1817 of brass5154, and cut in sunder1438 the bars1280 of iron1270:

And I will give5414 thee the treasures214 of darkness2822, and hidden riches4301 of secret places4565, that thou mayest know3045 that I, the LORD3068, which call7121 thee by thy name8034, am the God430 of Israel3478.

For Jacob3290 my servant's5650 sake, and Israel3478 mine elect972, I have even called7121 thee by thy name8034: I have surnamed3655 thee, though thou hast not known3045 me.

I am the LORD3068, and there is none else, there is no God430 beside2108 me: I girded247 thee, though thou hast not known3045 me:

That they may know3045 from the rising4217 of the sun8121, and from the west4628, that there is none657 beside1107 me. I am the LORD3068, and there is none else.

I form3335 the light216, and create1254 darkness2822: I make6213 peace7965, and create1254 evil7451: I the LORD3068 do6213 all these things.

Drop down7491, ye heavens8064, from above4605, and let the skies7834 pour down5140 righteousness6664: let the earth776 open6605, and let them bring forth6509 salvation3468, and let righteousness6666 spring up6779 together3162; I the LORD3068 have created1254 it.

Woe1945 unto him that striveth7378 with his Maker3335! Let the potsherd2789 strive with the potsherds2789 of the earth127. Shall the clay2563 say559 to him that fashioneth3335 it, What makest6213 thou? or thy work6467, He hath no hands3027?

Woe1945 unto him that saith559 unto his father1, What begettest3205 thou? or to the woman802, What hast thou brought forth2342?

Thus saith559 the LORD3068, the Holy One6918 of Israel3478, and his Maker3335, Ask7592 me of things to come857 concerning my sons1121, and concerning the work6467 of my hands3027 command6680 ye me.

I have made6213 the earth776, and created1254 man120 upon it: I, even my hands3027, have stretched out5186 the heavens8064, and all their host6635 have I commanded6680.

I have raised him up5782 in righteousness6664, and I will direct3474 all his ways1870: he shall build1129 my city5892, and he shall let go7971 my captives1546, not for price4242 nor reward7810, saith559 the LORD3068 of hosts6635. direct: or, make straight

Thus saith559 the LORD3068, The labour3018 of Egypt4714, and merchandise5505 of Ethiopia3568 and of the Sabeans5436, men582 of stature4060, shall come over5674 unto thee, and they shall be thine: they shall come3212 after310 thee; in chains2131 they shall come over5674, and they shall fall down7812 unto thee, they shall make supplication6419 unto thee, saying, Surely God410 is in thee; and there is none else, there is no657 God430.

Verily403 thou art a God410 that hidest5641 thyself, O God430 of Israel3478, the Saviour3467.

They shall be ashamed954, and also confounded3637, all of them: they shall go1980 to confusion3639 together3162 that are makers2796 of idols6736.

But Israel3478 shall be saved3467 in the LORD3068 with an everlasting5769 salvation8668: ye shall not be ashamed954 nor confounded3637 world5769 without end5703.

For thus saith559 the LORD3068 that created1254 the heavens8064; God430 himself that formed3335 the earth776 and made6213 it; he hath established3559 it, he created1254 it not in vain8414, he formed3335 it to be inhabited3427: I am the LORD3068; and there is none else.

I have not spoken1696 in secret5643, in a dark2822 place4725 of the earth776: I said559 not unto the seed2233 of Jacob3290, Seek1245 ye me in vain8414: I the LORD3068 speak1696 righteousness6664, I declare5046 things that are right4339.

Assemble6908 yourselves and come935; draw near5066 together3162, ye that are escaped6412 of the nations1471: they have no knowledge3045 that set up5375 the wood6086 of their graven image6459, and pray6419 unto a god410 that cannot save3467.

Tell5046 ye, and bring them near5066; yea, let them take counsel3289 together3162: who hath declared8085 this from ancient time6924? who hath told5046 it from that time? have not I the LORD3068? and there is no God430 else beside1107 me; a just6662 God410 and a Saviour3467; there is none369 beside2108 me.

Look6437 unto me, and be ye saved3467, all the ends657 of the earth776: for I am God410, and there is none else.

I have sworn7650 by myself, the word1697 is gone out3318 of my mouth6310 in righteousness6666, and shall not return7725, That unto me every knee1290 shall bow3766, every tongue3956 shall swear7650.

Surely, shall one say559, in the LORD3068 have I righteousness6666 and strength5797: even to him shall men come935; and all that are incensed2734 against him shall be ashamed954. Surely: or, Surely he shall say of me, In the LORD is all righteousness and strength righteousness: Heb. righteousnesses

In the LORD3068 shall all the seed2233 of Israel3478 be justified6663, and shall glory1984.
