3And ye shall give5414 her unto Eleazar499 the priest3548, that he may bring her forth3318 without2351 the camp4264, and one shall slay7819 her before6440 his face:
4And Eleazar499 the priest3548 shall take3947 of her blood1818 with his finger676, and sprinkle5137 of her blood1818 directly5227 before6440 the tabernacle168 of the congregation4150 seven7651 times6471:
5And one shall burn8313 the heifer6510 in his sight5869; her skin5785, and her flesh1320, and her blood1818, with her dung6569, shall he burn8313:
6And the priest3548 shall take3947 cedar730 wood6086, and hyssop231, and scarlet8438 8144, and cast7993 it into the midst8432 of the burning8316 of the heifer6510.
7Then the priest3548 shall wash3526 his clothes899, and he shall bathe7364 his flesh1320 in water4325, and afterward310 he shall come935 into the camp4264, and the priest3548 shall be unclean2930 until the even6153.
8And he that burneth8313 her shall wash3526 his clothes899 in water4325, and bathe7364 his flesh1320 in water4325, and shall be unclean2930 until the even6153.
9And a man376 that is clean2889 shall gather622 up the ashes665 of the heifer6510, and lay them up3240 without2351 the camp4264 in a clean2889 place4725, and it shall be kept4931 for the congregation5712 of the children1121 of Israel3478 for a water4325 of separation5079: it is a purification for sin2403.
10And he that gathereth622 the ashes665 of the heifer6510 shall wash3526 his clothes899, and be unclean2930 until the even6153: and it shall be unto the children1121 of Israel3478, and unto the stranger1616 that sojourneth1481 among8432 them, for a statute2708 for ever5769.
11He that toucheth5060 the dead4191 body5315 of any man120 shall be unclean2930 seven7651 days3117.
12He shall purify2398 himself with it on the third7992 day3117, and on the seventh7637 day3117 he shall be clean2891: but if he purify2398 not himself the third7992 day3117, then the seventh7637 day3117 he shall not be clean2891.
13Whosoever toucheth5060 the dead4191 body5315 of any man120 that is dead4191, and purifieth2398 not himself, defileth2930 the tabernacle4908 of the LORD3068; and that soul5315 shall be cut off3772 from Israel3478: because the water4325 of separation5079 was not sprinkled2236 upon him, he shall be unclean2931; his uncleanness2932 is yet upon him.
14This is the law8451, when a man120 dieth4191 in a tent168: all that come935 into the tent168, and all that is in the tent168, shall be unclean2930 seven7651 days3117.
15And every open6605 vessel3627, which hath no covering6781 bound6616 upon it, is unclean2931.
16And whosoever toucheth5060 one that is slain2491 with a sword2719 in the open6440 fields7704, or a dead body4191, or a bone6106 of a man120, or a grave6913, shall be unclean2930 seven7651 days3117.
17And for an unclean2931 person they shall take3947 of the ashes6083 of the burnt heifer8316 of purification for sin2403, and running2416 water4325 shall be put5414 thereto in a vessel3627:
18And a clean2889 person376 shall take3947 hyssop231, and dip2881 it in the water4325, and sprinkle5137 it upon the tent168, and upon all the vessels3627, and upon the persons5315 that were there, and upon him that touched5060 a bone6106, or one slain2491, or one dead4191, or a grave6913:
19And the clean2889 person shall sprinkle5137 upon the unclean2931 on the third7992 day3117, and on the seventh7637 day3117: and on the seventh7637 day3117 he shall purify2398 himself, and wash3526 his clothes899, and bathe7364 himself in water4325, and shall be clean2891 at even6153.
20But the man376 that shall be unclean2930, and shall not purify2398 himself, that soul5315 shall be cut off3772 from among8432 the congregation6951, because he hath defiled2930 the sanctuary4720 of the LORD3068: the water4325 of separation5079 hath not been sprinkled2236 upon him; he is unclean2931.
21And it shall be a perpetual5769 statute2708 unto them, that he that sprinkleth5137 the water4325 of separation5079 shall wash3526 his clothes899; and he that toucheth5060 the water4325 of separation5079 shall be unclean2930 until even6153.
22And whatsoever the unclean2931 person toucheth5060 shall be unclean2930; and the soul5315 that toucheth5060 it shall be unclean2930 until even6153.
